When combined with appropriate electrodes (pins) and test leads, the H-4385D 电阻率 meter can be used to measure earth resistance with the push of a button. There is no need to adjust dials or select ranges; the H-4385D 电阻率 Meter automatically provides a direct resistance reading.

What this means is that resistance measurements are unaffected by any stray interference signals (having frequencies other than 82.2Hz) that may be present in the earth during the measurement.
